So the countdown to Christmas has begun and we’re fully getting into the Christmas spirit at Hassle.com.
The holidays can be a hectic time, so before you put on your Santa’s hat and pour yourself a glass of mulled wine, it’s important that you check out our Holiday Checklist!
1. Book your time off
We want you to be able to sit back and relax over the festive period. All you need to do, is add a holiday in your Hassle.com account, once you add a holiday this lets us and your customers know that you’ll be off. We sort out the rest…..simple!
2. Plan ahead
Public Transport can be a nightmare over Christmas so it’s always best to plan ahead. The TFL Journey Planner is a brilliant app that will help you plan your journey in London. If you’re in Dublin, you can use The TFI Journey Planner here.
If you are unable to attend a booking, make sure you call us as soon as possible as well as letting your customer know.
3. Payments over the holidays
It’s important to remember that due to Bank Holidays, the process of payments can be delayed. No payments will be processed between the 25th -28th of December and the 1st of January. Any payments confirmed after the 22nd of December, will most likely be in your account on the 29th/30th of December.
4. Rescheduling With Your Customers
If you or your customer needs to reschedule a booking, it is important that you let the customer and us know ASAP so we can amend this on your schedule and avoid any confusion.
5. Return Keys
If your customers have requested for you to return house keys over the holiday period, make sure that you do this as soon as possible.
Now that you’re all sorted and prepared for the holidays, we wish you a very Happy Holidays from all of us at Hassle.com.
