Winter Wonderland – Hyde Park – Friday, 20th November 2015 – Sunday, 3rd January 2016
This year, Winter Wonderland returns to Hyde Park boasting two circuses, a huge ice rink, a giant observation wheel and The Magical Ice Kingdom! There’s even themed bars and a Christmas Market for grown-ups too!
Entry is free but you do have to buy tickets to use any of the fairground attractions. Nothing will get you into the festive spirit quite like taking a stroll through Santa Land with your favourite Christmas tunes playing all around you!
Ice Skating – Hampton Court Palace -Friday, 20th November 2015 – Monday, 4th January 2016
In London, there are plenty of ice-skating options, but Hampton Court Palace has to be the most enjoyable. Show off your best moves in the rink whilst enjoying a cup of mulled wine, now that’s what Christmas in London is all about! Don’t forget to wrap up warm!
Meet Santa and his Huskies – London Wetland Centre – Monday, 5th December 2015 – Tuesday, December 6th 2015
Watch your little elf’s eyes light up with joy when you take them to meet Santa! Create a magical Christmas moment for your kids and a sleigh ride they’ll never forget! For just £6 pound per child you can visit Santa’s grotto, tucked away in the forest.
Christmas lights – Oxford Street, Bond Street – Thursday, November 12th 2015 – Tuesday, 5th January 2016
Why don’t you grab a Pumpkin Spice Latte from Starbucks and take a stroll up Oxford Street to see the dazzling Christmas lights? Don’t forget to have a look at Selfridges iconic Christmas Window displays!
Southbank Christmas Festival – The Southbank – Friday, December 4th 2015 – Monday, 4th January 2016
Head on down to The South Bank this Christmas for their Christmas Market. Rumoured to be bigger and better this year with more food and craft stores on offer, you’re sure to find the perfect Christmas present for your loved ones! Look out for carolers, dancers and plenty of fun fairground rides for your little ones to enjoy!
