What am I going to be paid?
From Thursday 19th May, your pay will increase from €10 to €11 per hour.
Will there be any change to the fees?
No, the fees will stay the same: 10% for a one off booking and €15 for a repeat booking.
What if my customers leave me?
Some customers may decide to cancel their bookings, but we’re confident that the vast majority will stay—there’s a lot of demand for Hassle.com cleaners! If your customers are thinking about leaving, remind them of the perks of being with us:

If I have a booking before Thursday 19th May but confirm it afterwards, how much will I be paid?
The new wage comes into effect on Thursday 19th May; any bookings that take place before the 19th with be charged at the old rate of €10 an hour. You can check out your ‘My Transfers’ page of your profile to see the rate for a particular booking.
Why am I getting paid €10 per hour for a one-off booking after Thursday 19th May?
If your customer booked a one-off clean before the Thursday 19th May, you will receive the old rate of €10 an hour. However, if the customer books again in the future, you’ll receive the new rate of €11.
If I refer a friend will they also receive €11 per hour?
Absolutely—all our cleaners will be paid at the new rate! If you would like to refer a friend, your unique code can be found in the ‘My Referrals’ section of your Hassle.com profile. Just tell them to include it when they apply.
